    Discrimination is material, adverse treatment of an individual based on a protected category.

    Harassment consists of unwelcome conduct on the basis of a Protected Category that explicitly or implicitly affects an individual’s employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual’s work performance, 或者制造一种吓人的, 充满敌意的, 或者恶劣的工作环境.
